Health Management Consultant
Location:
This position is for our home office in Thiensville, WI, a northern suburb of Milwaukee, and requires 2-3 days a week on premise with work from home options.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage client relationship(s), provide support as required for assigned accounts

Implement programs to meet the needs of the client, facilitate internal and external communications with the client

Program development or upkeep of wellness programs such as communication, incentive programs, and educational programs such as smoking cessation, diet and nutrition, stress, fitness, chronic disease management, etc. including PowerPoints, instructors notes, participation handbooks.

Lead and inspire wellness teams for organizations over the phone or in-person to affect a positive outcome.

Oversee implementation of client HRA, labs, Wholeistic™ Coaching and program deployment for outstanding client satisfaction.

Participate in the sales process by demonstrating applications, implementation processes, and presenting follow-up programs to potential clients.

Help to maintain Personal Health Dashboard and program content as directed.

Help develop procedures and processes to improve the operation of the organization

Develop promotional materials for client and participant communication

Field questions regarding company programs and provide training, new program roll-out, troubleshooting technology issues from users.

Provide training to clients on company programs and processes

Light travel as required
Skills/Qualifications:

Four Year Degree in health promotion or registered nurse or similar.

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment developing programs, interfacing with organizations and participants, presenting wellness education.

Excellent skills using personal computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, web tools, other graphical packages.

Demonstrated ability to work with all groups of people within a corporate or municipal environment.

Excellent written and verbal skills.
